Your Role
Within the Technology division, you will act as Embedded Software & Signal Processing Developer for the Product Development HW & SW department. One of the main missions will be to develop signal processing of low power embedded software from the beginning until the end of its conception.
Your Tasks
- Develop and verify signal processing concepts in a low power embedded system
- Ensure the analysis, design, development, verification and documentation of sensor data for medical devices/ IVD according to IEC 62304
- Collaborate in the development of infusion and injection systems with regard to signal acquisition (sensor technology), signal processing and modeling
- Create numerical simulations for evaluation and as a verification reference
- Development of robust real-time algorithms
- Collaborate actively on numerous projects with various teams such as electronics, mechanics, app development and systems engineering
Your Profile
- Engineer university degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) specializing in electrical, microtechnology, medical technology, electronics engineering, software, signal processing
- Experience with software tools for modeling technical systems (Python, Matlab, Simulink etc.) ideally in Medical Devices or IVD environment
- Previous experience in sensor technology and signal processing on low power embedded systems
- Enjoy developing safe and reliable algorithms
- Experience with development methods such as unit test and continuous integration is an advantage
- Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders on similar projects
- Very good knowledge of English and German are required
