Your Role

Due to sustainable growth in our Human Factors/ Usability projects, we are developing our team of expert consultants (permanent contracts) to work with the various kind of new, innovative Medical Devices, including combination products.

Your Tasks

  • Manage the Human Factors/Usability activities with internal and external suppliers
  • Support corporate teams for the preparation and launch of new Medical Devices (for example drug delivery devices) on Human Factors/Usability aspects (FDA & EU)
  • Continuously enhance state-of-the-art device expertise and exhaustive market knowledge on suppliers, technologies and competitors and share this expertise with other functions
  • Support device development projects and the day-to-day business relationship with internal/external suppliers on Human Factors/Usability aspects
  • Maintain industry contact and knowledge in order to identify early new business opportunities and bring innovation
  • Implement global HFS (Human Factor Studies) Strategy
  • Lead the design, documentation, execution and reporting of Human Factors formative and summative Studies (Drug Delivery Devices)

Your Profile

  • Human Factors Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience in medical device or combination product Human Factors Engineering
  • Awareness of practical application of HFS regulation (IEC 62366)
  • Strong knowledge of medical / disease impact on Human Factors
  • Excellent team player with mature leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to represent the company and to negotiate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Fluency in English is a must have
