Your Role
Within the Operation division, you will act as Operation Project Manager in the production environment with a matrix organization. Your main mission will be to drive inhouse transfer projects and support contract manufacturing topics.

Your Tasks
• Drive overall project management in the production environment with matrix organization and internal/ external stakeholders
• Manage the planning, budgeting, organization and implementation of demanding site planning and infrastructure projects
• Oversee transfer projects and support contract manufacturing topics
• Support technical supplier with a focus on plant construction & automation
• Analyze weak points in manufacturing processes
• Support and development of new production technologies
• Develop concept studies and strategic decision-making bases for management
• Work with different levels of internal management from different division
Your Profile
• Engineer diploma (FH / ETH / TU or equivalent) in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology or natural sciences
• Several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing processes and infrastructure issues, preferably in the field of medical technology, pharmaceuticals, the automotive industry or plastics processing
• Additional training in business administration or project management
• Management experience in a matrix organization
• Ability to travel
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Assertive, solution-oriented and decisive
