Your Role
Within the Technology division, you will act as Manager Concept Development. One of the main missions will be to manage and expand the new Device Innovation group. You will drive the concept development of new platforms and products for state-of-the-art Medical Devices.
Your Tasks
- Manage and expand the new Device Innovation group
- Drive Concept development of new platforms and products for state-of-the-art Medical Devices
- Work as a product owner or technical lead in the projects
- Act as the internal and external contact for topics in the area of connectivity, electronics and sensors
- Ensure good cooperation with external and internal partners
- Provide technology scouting
- Generate and analyze intellectual property together with the relevant specialist departments
Your Profile
- Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering or equivalent (ETH / Uni / FH)
- Several years of project management and leadership experience
- Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in medical technology is an advantage
- Business training is an advantage
- Team player with strong social skills
- Positive mindset, able to challenge the status quo
- Very good knowledge of English and German is mandatory
